2. How long does delivery take?

Custom or bulk orders may take a little longer (4 - 6 weeks from order confirmation), but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

3. Is there a minimum order for wedding favours?

Yes, the items have a minimum order quantity. You can find the details of the products listed on the product page.

4. Will my gift come with packaging?

Absolutely. Every gift from Gift Chapter includes beautiful, ready-to-gift packaging — so it’s ready to impress from the moment it arrives.

5. What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right with a prompt replacement or solution.

6. Are the products exactly as shown on the website?

We do our best to ensure all product photos reflect the true colours and details. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or handcrafted elements — each piece is unique in its own way.

7. How early should I place my wedding favour order?

We recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks before your event to allow time for preparation, packaging, and delivery — especially if it includes customization.

8. Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

We understand you want to see and feel the quality before committing to a large order. Please contact us to inquire about sample availability for specific products. Sample fees may apply and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Do you offer delivery or must I collect the items?

We offer delivery within Singapore for your convenience. Delivery fees will be calculated based on your location and order size. Self-collection can also be arranged — just let us know your preference when placing your order.

10. Can I mix and match different products for my wedding favours?
